What is Hyve?
Hyve is a business intelligence and optimization platform. With Hyve, you can easily and consistently gather intelligence from your team with micro-surveys to understand your business, clients, projects, employee engagement and company health in real time.
Your Hyve workspace
A Hyve workspace is made up of your team and specific assessments that your team can monitor and contribute intelligence. Some of the key components of Hyve are explained below.

You can add as many members as you wish to your Hyve workspace.
Intelligence
In Hyve, team members will be asked questions on a scheduled basis for any assessments that are relevant to them. These targeted questions can cover various aspects of clients, projects, employee engagement and your company which can be answered within the Hyve platform or via Slack. As questions are answered, intelligence increases and Hyve will generate scores in real-time. The higher the intelligence score for a given entity, the more confident you can be in its accuracy.
Assessments
Assessments are powerful micro-surveys designed to gather insights across various key areas within your organization. Each assessment is composed of questions grouped by specific aspects, which focus on essential key Indicators. These assessments help you understand and improve different facets of your business, from client relationships to employee experience and overall company health.

Aspects and Key Indicators
Each assessment is divided into Aspects, which are specific areas of focus within the survey. These Aspects contain Key Indicators, the critical elements that provide a detailed view of the performance and areas needing improvement.
