Workspace Members
Every Hyve workspace consists of members with varying administrative permissions. As a whole, a workspace is typically comprised of the following people:
⚙️ Workspace Admin
Creates the workspace and can set additional workspace admins.
Workspace admins can:
- Set additional admins
- Set senior leaders
- Activate/deactivate team member accounts
- Create/manage teams
- Enable/disable assessments
- Add Hyve to Slack
- Set survey schedule
- Manage confidentiality settings
👑 Senior Leaders
Senior leaders have access to view all workspace scores as well as their own personal scores. Senior Leaders cannot view other members personal scores. They can only view aggregate scores when team member minimum thresholds are met to keep responses and scores anonymous.
Workspace senior leaders can:
- Set/unset senior leaders from the members page within the account section
👤 Workspace Members
All members can invite other members, create clients and projects, and contribute intelligence to projects and employee engagement.
👥 Teams
Workspace admins can create and manage teams so that senior leadership and team managers can track their health. Teams are named and consist of workspace members and a team manager. You can also create sub-teams within teams. For instance, you can add an "Account Management" team and then add sub-teams for specific regions. The manager of the parent team will also have permissions to view the scores for any sub-teams that are added to their team.
