Scores

As team members answer assessment questions, Hyve generates a number of scores in real-time.

Below is an overview of each score type:

Hyve Health Scores

Hyve scores are generated for your workspace and any assessments that are enabled for your workspace. Health scores can range from 0-100 with 100 representing the highest level of health. There are 3 general ranges of health scores which are healthy (green), moderate (orange) and unhealthy (red). A status of "collecting" is displayed if there is not enough intelligence to display a score. As more questions are answered and the intelligence level is increased the health scores will display.

Intelligence Scores

The intelligence score represents the level of knowledge Hyve currently has for a particular assessment. Intelligence scores can range from 0-100 with 100 representing the highest level of intelligence. The higher the intelligence score, the more confident you can be in the corresponding health score.

Aspect and Key Indicator Scores

Hyve tracks various aspects and key indicators for the enabled assessments. Aspect scores can range from 0-100 with 100 representing the highest score. These scores are displayed to give your team a deeper insight into what is working and where you may need some improvement.
