Senior Leaders

As a Senior Leader, you have the privilege of accessing and reviewing aggregate workspace assessment scores, team scores and your own personal scores. This access allows you to monitor the overall health and performance of your organization, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on aggregate data. However, to ensure confidentiality and protect the privacy of individual team members, certain restrictions apply.


Note: Only Admins or other Senior Leaders can set members as Senior Leaders


Key Access Permissions:

  1. View All Workspace Assessment Scores:
    • Senior Leaders can view the aggregate scores of all assessments conducted within the workspace. This includes categories like Client, Employee Experiance, Company and Team.
    • Aggregate scores provide a high-level overview, helping you identify strengths and areas that may require attention across the organization.
  2. Personal Scores:
    • You can access your own personal assessment scores. These scores reflect your individual responses and performance within various aspects of the organization.
    • Personal scores help you understand your contributions, leadership effectiveness, and areas for personal growth.
  3. Anonymity and Privacy:
    • To maintain the anonymity of your team members, Senior Leaders cannot view individual personal scores of other workspace members.
    • You can only view aggregate scores when a minimum threshold of team members responses is met. This ensures that no single individual’s responses can be identified (thresholds do not apply to projects)
    • If the minimum threshold is not met, the aggregate data will not be displayed, further protecting the confidentiality of responses.

Using Aggregate Scores:

  • Strategic Decision-Making: Use the insights from aggregate scores to inform your strategies, whether it’s improving employee engagement, enhancing client relationships, or reinforcing company values.
  • Identifying Trends: Monitor trends over time by regularly reviewing assessment scores. This helps in understanding how initiatives impact your organization’s performance and culture.
  • Fostering Transparency: Share relevant aggregate insights with your team to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Navigating Your Dashboard:

  • Accessing Scores: In the header you’ll find a dropdown with options to view All Scores, My Scores and any Team Scores if there were created.

  • Respect Privacy: Always respect the privacy and anonymity of your team members. Use the data responsibly to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Regular Reviews: Schedule regular reviews of the assessment scores to stay updated on the pulse of your organization and address any emerging issues promptly.
  • Engage with Your Team: Encourage open dialogue with your team based on the insights you gather, promoting a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
